  • Initial full consultation: Understanding your lifestyle, activity levels; setting your goals; identifying your motivations and potential barriers to training; finding your accountability partner

  • Fitness ability assessment

  • Individual training programme

  • Our planned personal training sessions in the gym based on a solid, long-term programme – working towards your individual goals + progress tracker + FIT calendar + workout checklist

  • Physical activity outside the gym –home/outdoor workouts, group classes andsports, walks, jogging, using stairs, etc.

  • Stretching + Mobility

  • Regular review of fitness ability and performance + adjusting the programme

  • Nutrition: nutritional advice, working on healthy habits, sharing my knowledge – separate consultation for that purpose + food diary

  • Schedulling the reflection time & self-development practices into your scheduleas a part of the coaching programme:

  • Incorporating a structure and a morning routine into your daily life

  • Challenging yourself during the workout and outside the gym – trying new things

  • Checking in with yourself regularly: Do you like what you do/ Are you happy in your relationship/ Do you feel valued, respected and loved by the people around you?

  • Asking yourself: How do you spend your time and energy? / What are your values? /What is a successful life to you? / What happiness means to you?

  • Working on self-belief & confidence through the fitness training and other practices
