Workout plans

Here you can find a variety of our free Flow Mo workout plans perfect for a gym class, outdoor or home workout. You can train solo or with your fitness buddy. Some exercises may require additional resistance, e.g. dumbbells so have that in mind when choosing a plan.
If you have any questions to the following workout plans, feel free to contact me. I will be happy to provide you with a full explanation and specific exercise adaptations if needed.
